Request a password reset for your Managed Apple ID

Did you forget your Managed Apple ID password? (What’s this?) Contact your building’s TSS and ask for a “Managed Apple ID password reset.”

You can also send a request here but please understand that it is not an automatic process so requests will be filled as time allows. The new temporary password will be sent to your k12 email address. Also, for security purposes, you must submit your k12 address. All other email addresses will be ignored.
